Follow the printed instruction sheet that came with the included projector mount to attach it securely to the ceiling.

Place a level on the back edge of the mounting plate that the projector is attached to and make sure things are level, not tilted down on the left or right.

Attach one end of the RCA video cable to the "Video In" jack on the projector; the other to your DVD player. (Note: if you purchased a Control Freak Media Monster, use the extra-long RCA cable that comes with the included DVD player).

Insert a Ghost Bust routine DVD into your DVD player. The Setup Screen should come up upon loading, but you may notice that the image is upside down since the projector was mounted that way.

Therefore, the first thing you'll need to do is set the projector settings to flip the image. To do so:

Press the MENU button on the projector's remote and use the left/right buttons to scroll over to the SETUP menu and press the ENTER button. (It may be easier to see the options if you hold up a piece of paper just in front of the bust). Scroll down to the PROJECTOR MODE setting and choose the second option to flip the image upside down.

While we're changing settings, let's turn the Economy Mode on to increase our lamp life: Scroll over to the LAMP option to set the projector's Lamp Mode to "ECO" (Economy Mode). That will allow you to get another estimated 1000 hours out of your lamp, as well as gives the image a more appropriate brightness level.

Lastly, let's dim the image a bit to be more appropriate for a dark room: Scroll over to the PICTURE menu and choose CUSTOM as your VIDEO MODE. Then change both the Brightness and Contrast settings to 34. Feel free to modify these settings to suit your own tastes. (You'll likely find the other preset VIDEO MODES are handy for use in brightly lit rooms, so keep those in mind if you ever need to set up in a room that's not as dark as you might like).
